Eligibility
- In accordance with the MOE Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan, International Degree Students are individuals who hold non-ROC nationality and are pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree at National Taiwan University (NTU).
- Applicants must comply with the aforementioned regulations when applying to NTU. Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of admission, revocation of NTU student status, or withdrawal of the NTU diploma, with no academic certificate granted.

Overseas Chinese applicants should apply through the University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students.

Mainland Chinese applicants (PRC passport holders) must apply through the University Entrance Committee for Mainland Chinese Students.
Application Procedure
- Step 1: Complete the online application form, including your personal information, language proficiency, and the departments you wish to apply to.
- Step 2: Download the Declaration and Authorization Form and the Payment Form.
- Step 3: Upload all required documents.
- Step 4: Provide your recommenders’ information.
- Step 5: Review your application and submit it.

Outstanding International Graduate Student Scholarship
Available Degree: Master
Coverage and Amount: TWD 35,000/month for maximum 2 years
Application Procedure: NTU Scholarship application and degree application are conducted together. No additional application documents are required. There will be a checkbox in the application form within the degree application system; by ticking the checkbox, the application process for NTU scholarship will be completed.
International Graduate Student Scholarship
Available Degree: Master
Coverage and Amount: TWD 25,000/month for maximum 2 years
Application Procedure: NTU Scholarship application and degree application are conducted together. No additional application documents are required. Financial Assistance Grant for International Students
